ISTDP Supervision

This is available to therapists who are practising ISTDP or who wish to learn the model. This includes those who are currently in Core Training.

Case Formulation Supervisions

ISTDP has a unique toolkit for observing and responding to clients which can be helpful to therapists from all backgrounds, particularly if the work is feeling stuck or not progressing with a particular client.

• opportunities and techniques for working in the moment

• support with therapist factors impacting the work

• assessment of working alliance in the session and remedies where needed
